So I tried out the marshmallow fondant frosting that I found on the internet. It was so sticky to make - the pics don't even show how sticky but it ended up turning out pretty smooth. In the next couple days I will try putting it on a cake.
I also made a few white chocolate shells - I want to see how they freeze. See if I can make them way ahead and freeze them. I think they turned out pretty good.
Let you know how the frosting works on the cake.
